LuX is a private desk, not a portal. Every villa here has been walked, measured and photographed by someone on our team. When you call, you speak to the person who knows the house, the road it sits on and the neighbour two doors down.

We have seen it
No listing goes up here until one of us has spent a morning in the house. The photographs are ours and the floor plans are checked.
We answer the phone
You get a named contact, not a queue. Time zones vary across our markets, so we tell you when we are awake and we mean it.
We stay after the sale
Notaries, architects, a good local builder: the useful part often starts once the keys change hands, and we stay in the room for it.
