Villa Blanca is a study in restraint. The house is a set of plain white volumes behind a boundary wall, and the drama is kept for the courtyard, where a still mirror pool sits against a stone wall with water running down its face.

Living is on one level and largely outdoors in season. Sliding glass walls fold back so the main room and the terrace become one space, with the pool a step beyond.

There are four bedrooms, all facing the courtyard rather than the road, so the house stays quiet and private. It is ten minutes from both the town and the airport.
